Dear you,
How are you on this Autumnal Thursday? I can’t get enough of the dazzling colours on display here in the U.K at the moment. The Japanese Cherry Trees who watch over my daily dips are breath-taking (as is the temperature of the water at the moment!!).
On this Aries Full Moon I’m reflecting on what has come to fruition since the last New Moon in Aries which began the current Astrological Year on 8 April. This New Moon also brought to a close the first of two eclipse seasons in 2024.
Looking back in my journal, I was asking myself How can I nurture more resilience to work-related stress? And some of my ideas included weaving more movement and art into my daily and weekly routine. I’m proud to say that I’ve dived into both of these pracitices over the past 6 months - enjoying a 6 week watercolour class and re-committing to my running practice. With the clocks turning back an hour in just over a week’s time, it’s not always that easy to keep up practices which keep us feeling resilient and rested, especially on long dark evenings. BUT, I have a brand new offering for you….
✨6 weeks ago I shared my intentions of dreaming up a new offering for this Autumn and Winter - Rituals for rest. Doors are now open and we begin on 31 October.✨
Before we continue here’s a summary of some terrestrial and celestial events to orientate you for the second half of October:
