I hope this newsletter finds you well on April’s Full Moon. I don’t know about you, but sleep has been really evading me on the run up to this Full Moon. The energy of the waxing moon can sometimes be like this - throwing us out of kilter and making us feel all at sea. That said, this Full Moon is in the sign of Libra: symbolised by the scales of balance and justice. So all my fingers and toes are crossed for a good night’s sleep tonight!
